A deal is one borrower application. It counts once documents start being uploaded - by your borrower or by you - whether or not it funds. Starter includes 5 deals per month, Pro 12, Legend 25; Enterprise is custom.
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial with full platform access. No credit card required: you add payment only when you decide to continue, and Enterprise access is handled through the demo flow.
We'll notify you before you hit your monthly deal limit. If you run out, you can buy additional deals for $20 each, or move to the next tier if your volume is consistently higher.
Yes. Enterprise plans are tailored to brokerage volume, custom checklist requirements, compliance workflows, and mortgage software/API setup needs.
All customer data is stored in Canadian data centres (AWS ca-central-1). We never send borrower data outside of Canada, and never use it to train third-party models.
